Hi everyone! The last of the rewards have been dropped off at the post office today and everyone's BackerKit has been updated with their tracking information :) Some of you have already received your bags and I'm so happy you all love them! Also, please keep tagging me in your pics ~ I love seeing the pins you've chosen to display!!
We are now completely at the end of this campaign and I want to say again how thankful I am for the interest and support for the Yoshi & Togepi ita bags. This has been a great project to work on and I've learned a lot during the manufacturing process. I'm excited to begin working on my next Kickstarter and hopefully see you all again soon <3 Have a great day!!

ALMOST TIME! LOCKING ADDRESSES NOTICE

Hi friends!! The bags should be here in a few days so I sent out the BackerKit notice that we'll be locking addresses in 48 hours. Once they arrive, it'll take me a couple days to sort through and pack orders but shipping will start next week. I'm so excited and happy to begin sending out your pledges -- thank you all for your patience and support!!

Good morning everyone -- I've received the mini pins and any PIN-ONLY pledges will be shipped immediately after I've finished sorting through them all! The ita bags are currently in-transit so I'll also be spending these remaining few weeks assembling the shipping boxes, that way everything is ready once they arrive :) Hope you guys have a great week!!
Additional Inserts - REFUNDED

As production is finishing up for the bags, we are now running into multiple issues with our manufacturer about the additional inserts needed. We have been told that they will not be finished until after the Chinese holiday (end of February) and would like to ship the bags out first to keep our timeline. Shipping separately would incur an extra cost of $320 and they are also demanding we increase our insert MOQ to a much higher amount than originally agreed upon (approx. $350 more). Unfortunately, we cannot afford these extra charges and are no longer able to offer additional inserts as an add-on. To those affected, we have already begun to process refunds* for the add-on amount paid on BackerKit. This is a very disappointing development but we do believe this is the best course of action.
Since we are no longer waiting on the inserts, the bags should still be shipped before the holiday and we will be keeping close contact with our manufacturer until then to make sure. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
*Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to post to your card on file
UPDATE ON BAGS!

Hi everyone ~ I hope you all had a great holiday!! Update on the bags, it has been confirmed that production will be done next week. It'll take about 15 business days for the bags to arrive to the US by sea and another 14 business days for them to go through customs/get delivered to me. Everyone will receive an email from BackerKit soon to double check and/or make changes to your shipping address before it gets locked in. Rewards will begin shipping out immediately once I start quality checking the bags!
